What It Does
UR handles the full lifecycle of every business entity in Latvia — registration, modifications, liquidation. It maintains specialized registers for insolvency proceedings, commercial contracts, beneficial ownership, and marital property agreements. Serves entrepreneurs, legal professionals, financial institutions, and government agencies.
